Chassis Study — OEM Murciélago and The Schöner

Before a monocoque is allowed to exist, it must stand beside the one it is meant to succeed.

These images belong to that hour. On one side, the Murciélago’s original chassis — steel tube, composite inserts, the architecture Sant’Agata trusted to carry the last naturally aspirated V12. On the other, The Schöner tub: a carbon structure drawn to receive the same body, the same soul, without inheriting the old weight.

The comparison is not a rendering exercise. A complete scan of the car was set against our STP file and read through GOM. Point by point, the scan asked the drawing whether the mounts, the tunnels, the lines of the shell would still recognise one another. Deviation became visible. Intention became measurable.

What you see is development, not display. Two skeletons in the same light — one already legendary, one still being told the truth by a point cloud.
